I am pleased with this one, and I don't have much to say by way of introduction. "Sleep soon, and soundly" is a phrase that formed in my mind a few days ago.

Sleep Soon, and Soundly

Sleep soon, and soundly

Dearest one

Forget the day impending, sending

troubles of another sun

I saw the moon rise roundly, roundly

whispering the race is run

Sleep sound, and softly

and rejoice

To let the dark caress you, bless you

with its lullaby of choice

The stars are singing lofty, lofty

Shut the curtain to their voice

Sleep soft, and sweetly

Love, be full

Deliberations draining, waning

let them die and pay no toll

The candle flickers weakly, weakly

Cease to strive, oh weary soul

Thank you so much, Madeline!

Also, I don't know you personally, but I've known Caleb Smedra since I was young, and I'm very close with the Harris family. I know those are both connections you have in CA. The Harrises have talked about your family. :)

I really enjoyed the Miniature Masterworks production that you and the Calebs did! I love seeing Christian creatives collaborate like that.

It's like you're talking to me. I have trouble sleeping a lot of the time. Thanks for the encouragement!
