Happy Easter to all of you! He is risen, and it is the source of all my hope.

I pray you've had a blessed day, even in our unusual current circumstances.

This poetic form is one I've never tried before. It's called a triolet, which contains repeating lines and a tight rhyme scheme. It was the official prompt for NaPoWriMo today.

Restoration Day #12

We hang masterpieces crooked on the wall

To slightly tilted head our fate is sealed

We slip in dizziness, a noose waiting our fall

We hang -- masterpieces. Crooked on the wall

balance warped ideas of virtue hoisted tall

We twist to worship them, but here He healed.

We hang, masterpieces, crooked on the wall

to slightly tilted head. Our fate is sealed.
